Why More is Less

Why I call my program More is Less.

There are two reasons:
  1. More effort on your part will equal less weight on your body. More careful eating, more exercise, more accountability, more information, more motivation, more insight into your habits all add up to less weight.
  2. More weight on you equals less comfort and joy in your life. This we can change.

More what?

More information, accountability and motivational support from me and more careful eating and more moving your body from you all equals less weight.

Where can you get more information?

Each week you will be given information in your lessons to help you lose weight. You an also read the journal and look all around on this web site. They are both full of information to help you.

How do I provide more accountability?

You have to be accountable to yourself first, but through my service, you have to be accountable to me as well. It makes a big difference if you have to tell someone else what you weigh each week. If you don’t have anyone to answer to, then you are more likely to give up on yourself.

How do I provide you with more motivation?

Motivation comes from within, but I can help you motivate yourself by making the exercising fun and supporting you when you are having a difficult time. I will give you suggestions to help motivate you on our coaching calls, and I’ll send you emails to keep you going in between.
