My Coaching Service


I’m in the process of developing a coaching program for families. If you are interested in having me help your family lose weight, email me.


Beginning Session

I am offering an 8 week beginner coaching session for $225 (that includes a daily journal and your lesson plans). The only other cost is a pedometer of your choice.

The purpose of this session is to provide you with the information, motivation, and accountability you need to be successful. Twice each week we will have a 15 minute coaching call which you can set up to fit your schedule. You will also have a lesson to read and a small homework assignment to go along with it. Don’t worry, the homeworks are easy. They are just about getting you out of your comfort zone a little bit. In the calls we will discuss your eating and activity goals, discuss your lesson and homework, and I’ll answer any questions that have come up for you. I’ll also be trying to motivate and encourage you through regular email contact. You can contact me any time during that 8 weeks either by email or phone for any additional support you may need.

Maintenance Clients

After the 8 week session, if you want to continue with coaching, you can become a maintenance client. These clients get only one 15 minute coaching call each week, and there are no lessons or homework. You can still contact me any time for support. The fee is $50/month for as long as you need my help.

Individual Support

My clients call or email me any time for any reason. That is part of the service. I may not be able to get your calls at any time, however, but I will get back to you ASAP. You can contact me with questions or if you just need someone to tell you to put down the doughnut! I’m here to support you. This is part of my service. Please don’t be afraid to reach out to me with any issue that comes up.

I’ll also be sending out email reminders to keep you exercising, counting calories, and laughing - that burns calories, too!

This Website

I am regularly updating and adding to this site to give you the best information available. You can use the site to find calorie content, get new recipes, learn to be more active, and much more. There will soon be an email newsletter to give you the very latest news on exercise and nutrition and help keep you motivated.

After you send your payment, email me your t-shirt size choice. I currently have XL and XXL available. Then I’ll get your packet right out to you so we can begin your weight loss journey together.

I prefer we use PayPal because it protects us both. If you do not wish to use PayPal, please let me know in your email and we can make other arrangements.
