I love cookies. I love to make them and really love to eat them. I also love all things chocolate and all things mint. So, of course, I love Miss Meringue Classiques Meringues Mint Chocolate Chip cookies.



Although, I prefer soft cookies, I really enjoy having these treats around for days when I need something sweet. Each cookie has 30 calories, so don’t eat more than one or two. I think you’ll find that they are best eaten slowly and pretty satisfying, so that isn’t hard to do. Also, keep in mind that these are pretty empty calories and should be considered treats.
