Shut the ____ Up - Just Do It!
01/13/09
OK, it was funny watching Bob Harper lose it on the Biggest Loser tonight.
I am still smiling about it. I think there are times when we all want to yell and curse at someone who just doesn’t get it. Of course, most of us don’t do that because we want to be nice or polite. Being nice and polite are not always helpful.
I think Bob Harper did Joelle a favor on tonight’s episode of The Biggest Loser. I think some people need to have someone take off the kid gloves and shock them into action. She may have had her feelings hurt, but she ran for 30 seconds which she was convinced she couldn’t do. Now she knows she can do it, and maybe she’ll start to let go and trust her trainer so she can make real progress.

Good or bad, if we believe it, we make it real.
We can all try harder and do more to get where we want to be, and we all need to stop trying to kid ourselves about what we can or cannot do. The only way to know your limits is to test them, even if you have to be pushed kicking and screaming. Read More...
