You can feel the excitement in the air today. So many Americans are feeling the anticipation of change that is coming in our country from the new President. Most of us are truly motivated to do something to help make the change a wonderful reality. I sincerely hope many of you can take that momentum and create change in your own life.

Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is very much about change. You have to change your lifestyle. You have to eat healthier, eat less, and move more. It sounds simple now, but change is not an easy thing for most of us. Many people want to know how they can lose weight without changing too much...Do I have to eat vegetables? Can I still soak my salad with fatty dressing? Can I still have dessert every day? Can I still eat tons of candy? etc. They already know the answers to the questions; they just don’t want to change. So many people make New Year’s Resolutions to change (often about losing weight) but don’t keep them. Change is just not comfortable. Well, how comfortable is being overweight?

Use this time of excitement for change in our country to make change in your life. If you are ready to change, I’m ready to help. I can help you change gradually so it won’t seem too uncomfortable. As you start to lose weight, you’ll be more and more motivated to continue the change. If you mention this blog post, I’ll take an extra $50 off my beginning session fee. So, if you sign up before the end of January and mention this post, that would be $100 off!! That is change we should all be able to do.
